Audi also graces the SUV class with its Q7 luxury SUV. Based on the Audi Pikes Peak Quattro concept car, the Q7 was produced to suit more on-road driving but still utilizes similar power as its concept car origin.

This SUV offers a 3.6-L V6 engine, capable of 280 horsepower, or a supped up 4.2-L V8 engine; both engines are paired with a six-speed automatic transmission and AWD. This really allows this automobile to get the power to do wonderful things, such as having a towing capacity of up to 6,600 pounds.

This power is gracefully paired with useful versatility. Up to seven occupants can fit inside, depending on if you choose to include the removable third row seating fixture. Both the second and third row may be removed to up the already high cargo space. The Multi Media Interface system in front of the driver uses a video screen to display and control aspects such as audio settings, the Navigation system, a climate controlled air system and more.

All of us this doesn’t come with a host of safety features. Side-impact airbags for the front seats, side curtain airbags and rear-seat side-impact airbags compliment the standard frontal airbags to provide maximum padding in case of an impact. All-disc antilock brakes, an electronic stability system, the new side and lane assist technologies and a high strength frame to keep the SUV protected in a literal and technology-based shield of armor. All of this comes in the uniquely designed SUV that actually resembles a coupe-like design in some of its detailing.

It’s hard to find reason to not try out the distinctive luxury machine from Audi this year.
