Audi R8 Voted 2008 King of All Cars in the Universe
The sporty and sleek Audi R8 has been getting a lot of well deserved attention in 2008. A recent survey conducted by MSN concluded that the Audi R8 is the car of the year for 2008. Capturing 42% of the 37,000 voters the R8 was well ahead of the second placed Ferrari 430 Scuderia and third place BMW M3.
So what’s to love about the Audi R8? Smooth handling, a 4.2 liter 414 hp V8 engine and a 4 wheel drive system are just the starters. This dynamic sports car also has looks that would make any auto enthusiasts salivate. If MSN’s poll does not sell you the Audi R8 was recently awarded the 2008 “Canadian Car of the Year” award by the Automobile Journalists Association of Canada, beating out 11 other contenders.
