Audi already presents its compact A4 model; the RS 4 is the ultimate performance version and is an exceptional luxury compact executive car on the market.
The 2008 RS 4 comes as a sedan or a Cabriolet (convertible). Both models are graced with a 4.2L V8 engine that produces 420-horsepower and 317 lb. ft. of torque. Doubled with a standard six-speed manual transmission, you can go from zero to 60 mph in as low as 4.8 seconds! The Dynamic Ride Control, only offered on RS models, varies the damping provided by each shock absorber and results in more precise steering and control.
The interior is exceptional as well. The newly offered Titanium Package brings a black headliner and piano-black trim with the standard bolstered leather seating. The front occupants can select their comfort with power front seats, and everyone stays comfortable with the dual-zone automatic climate control. The rear occupants aren’t ignored however and have nice heated seats. Other features for the interior include an optional Bose premium audio system, the Audi navigation system, an informative instrument cluster and more!
The full-size airbags for the front occupants come in two stages with knee airbags and side airbags; rear side impact airbags ensure that the backseat passengers are also kept protected in case of a collision. Side curtain airbags are included to give that extra cushion that is always welcome in the worst-case scenario. The all-disc antilock brakes were specially designed to bring the vehicle to a stop as gracefully and effectively as possible.
