I recently leased a A6 4.2L. We drove it abotu 40 miles in three days and the car died while in motion. My Audi dealer has had the car for over a week and claims that the alternator was faulty. Dont they check these things in advance before delivery. The dealer and service were cordial but very hesitant to accept any responsibility. If there is another problem with the car I want a new car or my money back. I leased a new car under the assumption that it would work.
