2008 Audi A4 Review, Pictures & Video

The Audi A4 is a compact executive car that holds feats such as the “Top Safety Pick For 2007” under its grille. One thing fans love about this model is the versatility in trims you have to choose from; the A4 comes as a sedan, a wagon (Avant) and a convertible (Cabriolet).
The sedan and wagon can seat five people, and they do so comfortably with bolster pillows added purely for luxury; double that with dual-zone air conditioning and you’ll have to pry the passengers out of your comfort vessel. The Cabriolet can fit four people inside its cabin and possesses the same comfort features as its two counterparts. Various vehicle diagnostic monitors, a well-lit back display, tastefully placed controls and more keep this vehicle ahead in its class.
The A4 is also known for its exceptional safety. Standard side-impact airbags for front occupants and optional rear-seat side-impact airbags are doubled with side curtain airbags that deploy from on top of the side windows. The electronic stability system with brake assist also helps in keeping this automobile safe from dangers on the road. The Cabriolet also has received these exceptional safety upgrades, putting side airbags into the front seats to protect occupants from head trauma. Further head protection has been added to the Cabriolet’s A-pillars; two protective bars deploy upward in the case of a rollover, behind the rear passengers’ heads.
Power isn’t sacrificed for all of the new features. 2.0T models receive a 200-hp, turbocharged 2.0L 4-cylinder engine, and the 3.2 editions get a 255-hp, 3.1-liter V6 engine. The Cabriolet also has two engines; a 200 horsepower 2.0-liter 4-cylinder and a 255 horsepower 3.1-liter V6. The transmissions available include a six-speed manual, six-speed automatic or a seven-speed continuously variable transmission with overdrive and auto-manual.
If you’re in need of options, the 2008 Audi A4 is the path to choose.
